Buck Island Reef National Monument

At the underwater snorkel trail observe the coral reef up close. Maximum water depth in the coral grottoes is 12 feet (4 meters). You can see some 250 species of fish and marine flora. Enjoy a 45-minute round-trip trail with spectacular views of surrounding waters and coral formations. You can access the trail from either the pier or West Beach. The trail is steep and rocky. Wear sturdy shoes and bring drinking water. Picnic area and restrooms Includes tables, charcoal grills, and vault toilets. Please take all your trash off the island.
